This is a short one so I will post it all. I wonder what happened to cause this law to be written.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA
Any person who willfully delays or obstructs a law enforcement officer or emergency personnel in the performance of official duties by using any animal, fowl, reptile or insect, wild or tame, to interfere, restrict or prevent access by a law enforcement officer or emergency personnel to any dwelling, structure, building or vehicle where a criminal offense is being committed or attempted shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term of not more than five (5) years, or by a fine in an amount not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
