Examination without Consent

Examination without Consent
SENATE BILL 69 has been referred to committee. The bill states that if a health professional suspects physical or mental abuse or neglect they can examine the child without consent of parent or guardian.  Now they will not only be able to call authorities if suspected abuse or neglect is found in the eyes of health care professional, but an examination may take place without your knowledge prior to the examination.
